When something goes wrong with your pet, clarity matters. It usually begins with a phone call. You will speak directly with a member of our veterinary team — not a call centre. We triage immediately and meet urgency with calm, steady action. Together, we will talk through what is happening and decide whether the concern can wait, needs to be seen soon or requires immediate attention.
